Logistics & Timeline
Stands are built and pre-tested in our Istanbul factory, then shipped by sea or air freight to Dubai. We handle UAE customs clearance and coordinate directly with DWTC's technical department for height and rigging approvals - most central halls allow structures up to 6 metres, subject to venue sign-off. Book your stand number and size at least 8 weeks ahead of the December show dates.
