Build-up / breakdown dates

Targeted exhibitor move-in begins Wednesday 20 January 2027; installation continues Thursday 21 to Monday 25 January with halls open from 07:00 and freight movement from 08:00 daily; all exhibits must be set up and completed by 18:00 on 25 January and be show-ready by 09:00 on 26 January. Exhibit halls close and dismantling begins on Thursday 28 January 2027, with no work allowed after 23:00 and targeted move-out ending at 20:00; move-out continues on 29, 30 and 31 January with freight movement from 08:00, and GES begins forcing freight at 16:00 on 31 January (organiser's 2027 exhibitor resources page)

Stand height limits

Inline booths: maximum 8 ft (2.44 m), allowed only in the rear half of the space, with a 4 ft (1.22 m) limit forward to the aisle; island booths of 300 sq ft or more: up to 16 ft (4.88 m), and island booths under 300 sq ft follow the inline rules; perimeter booths: back wall up to 14 ft (4.27 m); ceiling-suspended signage, where permitted by booth type, is limited to a maximum height of 24 ft (7.32 m) (organiser's 2027 Booth Display Rules)
