ISH 2027 at a glance
ISH 2027 opens on Monday 15 March and closes on Friday 19 March in Frankfurt am Main, organised by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH. Opening hours are 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 on Friday. The organiser's fairground plan, status September 2026, shows Halls 1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, 8.0, 9.0, 9.1, 10.1, 11.0, 11.1, 12.0 and 12.1, plus the Forum, the Festhalle and Foyer 5.1/6.1. Hall 6 is marked as not occupied because of modernisation work.
Fairground plan and getting there
Open the organiser's fairground plan, a PDF that is subject to change. It shows the entrances (Agora, Torhaus, Galleria, Portalhaus, Europa-Allee and Congress Center) and the topics by hall: heat generation in Halls 9.1, 10.1, 11.0, 12.0 and 12.1, indoor air in 8.0 and 10.1, and bathrooms in 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 4.1 and 4.2 plus the Forum.
From Frankfurt Airport, take the S8 or S9 to the central station and change to the S3, S4, S5 or S6 for "Frankfurt Messe", the stop for the Torhaus entrance. From the central station, the U4 reaches Festhalle/Messe after one stop. Exhibitors book a parking permit in advance in the organiser's exhibitor shop.
Set-up and dismantling
Advanced set-up can be ordered free of charge in the Shop for Exhibitor Services for 2 to 9 March 2027, from 07:00 to midnight; Halls 12.0 and 12.1 start on 27 February. Regular set-up begins on 10 March at 07:00 and ends on Sunday 14 March at 15:00, when the aisles must be clear so the carpet can be laid. On the last fair day, 19 March, dismantling starts at 17:00 and is limited to the inside of the stands. Regular dismantling runs from 20 to 22 March, and extended dismantling on 23 and 24 March can be ordered there too.
Plans, heights and two-storey stands
Messe Frankfurt's Technical Guidelines, as of September 2025, set the approval routine. A stand of up to 100 m² and up to 4.00 metres high that is not a special construction needs no permit. Plans are required above 100 m², for outdoor stands and for special constructions, which include structures or exhibits over 4 metres; they must reach the organiser as a PDF at least six weeks before set-up. Heights are set hall by hall in the organiser's fact sheet on construction heights.
A two-storey stand needs the consent of Technical Event Management, requested six weeks before set-up, and the interior must be at least 2.30 metres clear. Two-storey structures cannot be built in Hall 5.0. Materials must be at least B1 flame-retardant, and plastic cable ties may not secure static loads.

How we build for ISH
Bathroom ranges, heating systems and building software show best when they look installed, so we plan wall fixings, floor build-ups and lighting before production starts. Our own crews fit, in the hall, what comes out of our 6,000 m² production facility. Our work covers Türkiye, the Middle East, the USA, Canada and Europe. See our exhibition stand construction service for how a build is organised.

Give us your hall and stand number with the size and open sides, and we will look up your hall's height limit before anything is sketched. A first concept and quote carry no fee. Write to us.
