Both big venues review anything above 2.5 m and cap two-storey stands at 5 m, with the upper deck at most 50% of the ground floor.

- Stockholmsmässan: two-storey stands need a written application with drawing 4 weeks before; walls and ceilings B-s1,d0 or flame-retardant; covered areas over 30 m² need sprinklers or a fire guard.
- Hall electrical connections and any rigging are done by the venues' designated staff; Svenska Mässan ceiling points take max 50 kg.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union).
