How long does it take to build an exhibition stand?
Typically, design takes 1-2 weeks, and fabrication requires 4-6 weeks depending on complexity. We recommend starting the process 3-4 months before the show.
Do you provide stand storage between fairs?
Storage, refurbishment and reuse options are assessed for each campaign according to the stand system, location and show calendar.
Can you handle customs for international fairs?
We coordinate freight and customs planning with the appointed logistics parties for the destination, schedule and project scope.
What is your minimum stand size?
Suitability depends on the venue, construction type and service scope. Share the floor plan and we will confirm the right delivery model.
Do you offer design-only services?
We are a turnkey contractor, meaning we design and build. However, if you have your own design, we can manufacture and install it.
How do you manage the delivery programme?
We work backwards from the venue handover date, confirm approval milestones and coordinate production, freight and site work in one project plan.
What materials do you use?
Materials are selected for the approved design, reuse target and venue rules. Required fire and technical documents are confirmed project by project.
Can I see a 3D render before production?
Yes, every proposal includes high-resolution 3D renders and technical CAD drawings for your approval before we start manufacturing.
Do you support venue permits and approvals?
Yes. We coordinate the technical submission package and work with the relevant engineers, suppliers and venue teams; final approvals are issued by the responsible authority.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are subject to our contract terms, typically depending on how close we are to the production phase. We always aim for flexible solutions.
Do you offer modular stands?
Yes. Reusable modular and custom-hybrid systems can be proposed when they suit the brief, budget and multi-show plan.
Can you build double-decker stands?
Double-deck feasibility is reviewed against venue rules, engineering requirements, budget and schedule before it is included in a proposal.
