Romania's main exhibition centre is Romexpo in Bucharest, whose B1 and B2 halls alone offer 27,300 m² of usable space. B2B fairs include Digital Metal & TIB (the renamed Metal Show & TIB), INDAGRA (agriculture), BIFE-SIM (furniture) and DENTA; the defence fair BSDA runs at the ROMAERO site in Băneasa. Every stand at Romexpo needs design approval from Romexpo S.A., and ceiling anchorage is forbidden in halls A and C.

- Romexpo: stand construction is allowed only after Romexpo S.A. approves the stand project (drawings in duplicate, scale 1:100 or larger).
- Height limits vary by event: typically 5 m in halls A and C1–C6, 7 m in halls B1–B2.
- Ceiling anchorage is forbidden in halls A and C1–C6; in B1–B2 up to four hanging loads of 500 kg (winter) / 800 kg (summer).
- Decorative materials must be at least fire-resistant with fireproofing certificates; ship materials with an A.TR certificate.
