- Brussels Expo: standard maximum height 250 cm for partitions; exceptions need organiser approval with Brussels Expo.
- Brussels Expo: electrical connections exclusively by Brussels Expo staff or its appointed company; stands must be self-supporting and any suspension needs written approval and an external (SECT) inspection.
- Double-deck stands at Brussels Expo require a SECT inspection (500 kg/m² public areas, 350 kg/m² private areas, railing min. 110 cm).
- Materials must meet the Belgian reaction-to-fire classes (EN 13501-1); keep the classification certificate on the stand.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union).
