BolognaFiere lists 375,000 sqm including indoor and outdoor areas in 20 pavilions, and Veronafiere 152,000 sqm indoor in 13 halls. - Check the maximum stand height: at Fiera Milano it is set in each event's General Regulations; BolognaFiere's standard limit is 3.50 m; Veronafiere allows up to 5.00 m in and around the halls.
- Use materials with the required Italian reaction-to-fire class (Class 1 / EN 13501-1 equivalent) and keep the certificates on hand.
- Send drawings and structural calculations signed by a qualified professional before build-up (Veronafiere: 60 days before the event; Fiera Milano: stands of 100 sqm or more, or 3.00 m or taller).
- Book hanging points through the venue: at Fiera Milano only the venue installs cables on hall structures.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union).
