Most central halls allow up to 6 meters height for custom structures, but this must be approved by the venue engineers.
VAV Grup is an independent contractor exhibitors hire directly, separate from the show's official shell-scheme supplier. We design, manufacture in our own Istanbul factory, ship to Dubai and install with our own crew.
We recommend confirming your stand number, size and design brief at least 8 weeks before the show, since sea or air freight from our Istanbul factory plus UAE customs clearance both take planning time.
