Double-deck and heavy stands at Bella Center need drawings 12 weeks ahead.

- Bella Center: multi-level or heavy-load stands need an application with technical drawings 12 weeks before the event; decorative materials must be fire class B.
- Bella Center: wire rigging is done only by Bella Center staff (minimum 2 wires per hanging item).
- MCH Herning: 300 cm general height limit; electrical outlets are installed by MCH technicians and ceiling mounting only by MCH; styrofoam is banned.
- Ship stand materials from Türkiye with an A.TR certificate (EU–Türkiye customs union).
